COREY L. SAMPLES joined Britton Johnson, PLLC in 2024, and focuses her practice on family law and domestic relations, including divorce, spousal maintenance, paternity, custody, timesharing, and child support.

Corey attended the University of Kentucky where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science. Before entering law school, Corey had a career in state government distributing funding for school facilities across the state of Kentucky. Corey graduated from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and represented institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions in Louisville before moving back to Lexington. While in law school, Corey served as President of the Student Bar Association, among many other leadership roles.

While not practicing law, Corey can be found with her husband and Josie on their farm in Frankfort.
